That's a step in the right direction.
A better indicator will be an end to all of the "SR is down" threads (due to improved service/stability).
Oh, and adding a functional failover feature will be helpful too. SR has had non-functional failover for quite some time now for they've kept failing over 'n over!

| I contacted SR via online chat was able to talk to somebody with a minute. She was very helpful and gave me a ticket # for the faxing issue I had. She referred the issue to level 3 and within 10 minutes level 3 emailed me and said they pushed the firmware needed. Checked the fax and worked like a charm. |
