Thats a weird problem. You mght try posting in the networking forum, might have someone there who had this happen before. Sorry I couldn't help you out.

Nope, custom as well.

I eliminated the linksys router and it was the same thing. And putting the netopia router in bridge mode should also eliminate that as the cause as well. Unless I haven't setup either of the routers properly I can't figure out any other possibilities.

Well, I don't think formatting PC's is the way to go. If they work OK an the LAN, then they work.

I would be looking at the router as the source of the problem. Is the one PC that works listening on the default RDP port, by chance? (3389)

Yes.

And I specify the port when I try to connect from the internet.

I can also connect to each computer on the lan either by IP or by computer name.
