Tweak Test II - update for advertised speed

How about updating the advertised speed to be in mbits instead of kbits? Many services are offering speeds over the current 10mbit limit supported by the tweak test.

I know that field is not all that important, but it would make it easier for people to get an rwin recommendation.

If anything it should be either in Mb/s and/or KB/s Kb/s isnt out the window but perhaps a pull down menu since there are still people on low tier DSL out there while there are people with FIOS 30/5. We would prefer not to have to count zeros. Also showing correct conversion would be good. * by 1024/8 ect
