| Re: Zone Alarm upgrade problem... I got the same error after installing 4.5. I have done the step by step Clean Uninstall of 4.5 and have exactly the same problem. It shows 'system error', and no data to/from router. I am curious as to how it can block the LAN so effectively after the program is carefully removed... Is the VSDATANT.sys the file I have to remove? What is its function? I renamed the vsmon files IGGY1 and IGGY2 to try the Zone Labs workaround, but still couldn't remove VSDATANT due to the sharing/in use violation. I will have to call it a day. I will have to try safe mode tomorrow,
