Seems like you have a bad install and maybe a bad setup file. My advice would be-
1. do a _thorough_ manual uninstallation ***
2. defrag your hd
3. run ccleaner
4. go get a new setup file (i recommend EZ AV 2005 only)
5. reinstall
EZAV 2005 is a great, trouble free app. EZ Armour is OK, but prone to more issues because it includes old ZA. |

| I tried removing it using Add/Remove, tried removing using EZ Armor Uninstaller, tried removing it from System32, tried removing it in Safe Mode, tried removing it with System Restore OFF with no success. I get a "This program cannot be removed" message.
CA is giving me the runaround on this matter. They keep asking me for information I have already given them, never the solution to this buggy program.

| You need to do a manual uninstallation. If you dont know what this means it is best to hire somebody to help you fix the problem. There is nothing wrong with the program. It is a great program. The problem is most likely with the state of your computer. Dont count on CA for help. That is one of their few glaring weaknesses-- no support. Good luck. |
