Well said. These boys and girls are as committed as you can get. They take the time to keep the thread up and running every single day of the week. Weekends, holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, their own birthdays, you name it.

Please don't forget to let them know you appreciate their efforts in any way you can. Thumbs ups, private IMs, etc...
