If I were you, I'd return what you got from NewEgg and just download the program directly from Kaspersky store. It's cheaper from them, too.
Buying direct will make renewals and upgrades much easier down the road, and will likely include renewal discount pricing.

Hmm.. I bought mine online but straight from KAV.. and had no problems.. I'd raise cain with newegg.. That is just not right.. (You could try contacting Kaspersky and telling them the problem.. I don't know if it would help..)

| I bought the download version of KAV 5 Personal from newegg.com and I got the link to download it and did. Then I installed it and it says it's the trial version and gives and expiration date of 12/15/05. Does anyone know how I get the 1 year keyfile? I called newegg and they gave me the a wrong phone # for digital river and I've been on hold trying to get back with newegg. |
