On the same modem page you got that info from - click on the HELP tab - and it should show you your firmware version at the top of the page.

clubs:		 Your modem has DOCSIS 1.0 firmware which can limit your download speed. Call tech support to see if they can update it to a DOCSIS 1.1 firmware or consider a new modem.

Okie will do that this sec, this is a comcast modem as it was replaced by them
