Correct. You must send mail out through Rogers Yahoo! SMTP servers, OR if you have external hosting, it must be capable of using an alternate "Submission port" as an Mail Submission Agent(MSA), as opposed to a Mail Transport Agent(MTA)

This is to stop spam, especially from zombie bot nets.
