| reply to JoshNJ Josh, if I can recall correctly. I think OOL is setup by grids, not houses. So if your next door neighbor has OOL, I would highly doubt that the one next to it would not be able to get it. Once again, this is what I think I remember from speaking to a tech with a brain on my street. Everything I pretty much say on this site is wrong, and anytime I do have something add, its incorrect as well...but hey. I dont have to be smart to make 100k, i just have to act smart.
But anyway, if OOL is setting up areas by grids, then you should be able to get OOL. I doubt they are setting them up on a house to house/connection by connection basis,,
