Its quite simple. If they have Cablevision, they can get OOL. Thats it, end of story.

Cablevision announced about a year ago that they had 100% of their service area passed for OOL and it was available in all areas.

If the website told them otherwise, it was Cablevision's loss, Verizon's gain.
