My wife tried sending an email yesterday through COmcast to Hotmail and it bounced. She asked me why but the bounce had basically no usable info in it.

Connection attempts to hotmails servers give that. Doesn't make much sense, really. "Violations will result in use of equipment located in California and other states." What? That doesn't make any sense.
