I have had Lingo for 1 year. No major issues. I basically agree that most consumers do not know what they are getting into and who to blame when a problem arizes.
We have only had two small call quality problems in year we have been on Lingo. Both I can blame on speed issues from my ISP (a large cable company). Once I got online with the ISPs tech people and resolved the speed issues the problems disappeared.
All in all I give lingo a thumbs up. I have saved $720.00 over my old wireline provider in the last year. |
