Gonna need to contact SBC or post this at SBC Direct.

The error has to do with only the POP3 mailbox, and its not going to fix itself. Someone has to fix it for you.

If you call, ask for Second Tier. The first level will not know what to do. If you do call also, give that exact error word for word, and highlight the last words in the error. That's what the mail server is saying the problem is.
