|  McKinney, TX. is having the same issue.
My SB4100 modem is working great (when the head office stops pushing the wrong config file to it) but just before the Thanksgiving holiday,the service took a nose dive. The same pattern as noted above. I thought it was my gear but two neighbors (with different modems, different or no router) had the same issue. |
