The biggest list I have ever seen, 844 total providers, many shows the rates, 352 total providers in USA with 208 of them using SIP.

If you look at the phones on the homepage in the small images, you can still see where it says Packet8. They tried to blur it out on the larger images.

The best list I've seen! However, I did note one error, for free in france, which uses mgcp rather than sip. And there are at least couple missing voip services: aol and france telecom.

Some updates:
Russia: add Sipnet (www.sipnet.ru ) SIP and H323
Ukraine: the link to only VoiP provider does not work.
Israel: add 2 providers

www.012.net SIP
Do not forget to place Israel in alphabetic order (Israel, for some strange reason, is last entry in your list)

For Israel, it's also missing, HOT 077. That's cable company HOT's (which is a merger of other cable companies) VOIP solution - 077 is the area code.
I don't know which technology they're using --

I haven't been able to find much on the Internet besides HOT's own website and press releases. I know someone who just got the service... It would be nice if I could connect via direct SIP URI or peering...
The one VOIP company listed in Israel, is actually just an agent... I wonder if they have a local SIP server.
When I visted and tried two other VOIP services- during prime time, the ping times to US SIP servers can be quite long... causing voice quality issues.

The site says "D-link" is US VOIP service provider! LOL!

i found this topic in the referrers of the voipcharges website, thanks for the comments and suggestions, i will have them fixed.
if you have more things to add / change, please email support@voipcharges.com or just have suggestions.
Soon we hope to add all rates in a searchable database, add points of presence (offices) + points of presence (servers) + DIDs.
Lots of work to do
