Oh she did. She told the Indian lady to look up the last time she logged in, which was back in June. But the Indian lady said that there is no record of cancellation.

| That's why I run a system at home that records all of my phone conversations. Someone says I didn't tell them something, I send them a CD or an email with the conversation in question. There are roughly 12 states with two party consent for recording. Just gotta watch out for those.
