That's why I run a system at home that records all of my phone conversations. Someone says I didn't tell them something, I send them a CD or an email with the conversation in question. There are roughly 12 states with two party consent for recording. Just gotta watch out for those.

Kendall, FL | My friend called in June to cancel her AOL Account. Yesterday she got a call stating she owes back payments since June and that they don't have record of her "cancelling", so pay up. She's not going to pay. |
