Are you/were you polling any other POP accounts besides SBC accounts? And if so, were you getting the popup box for you other accounts? Thanks.

 Nope, just SBC (current and legacy) accounts. My yahoo IM is pilot_63302 if that helps. I'll do my best. I'm just happy I got VPN running when all others (including the VLAN guys) couldn't.
