I have an Actiontec 701.
What is the webadmin username and password?

| the username is admin. You would have setup the password. If you can't remember the password hold the reset button in the back till the power light goes red. You will have to reconfigure the modem with your username and password.

Is this some new setup or do I use something like my ISP
password?
How is this admin/passowrd defined or set up?
I got on using my user name and password, but
the port forwarding wasn't behaving right. |

| the admin username and password is setup seperately from the ISP info. If you go to setup/config from the main menu, it will have an admin user/password option on the left. As far as acessing it remotely, you will then still need to go through the advanced setup and turn the remote management on as it is defaulted to be off. |
