VoipJet - What's going on?

I've had VoipJet service for over a year now with their IAX service. I've never had a problem with their service. Instead, I have eMailed them from time to time and have received almost-instant responses!

I eMailed them about a week ago, though, asking them how to change my eMail address tied with my account, and have received no response!

Is anyone else having issues with VoipJet's tech support?

I've sent them 4 emails since I've been a customer...each time it has taken well over a week for a response.

Now I just use them as a backup....I use Telasip for outgoing and Teliax for incoming....works flawlessly...and the support is excellent. Now teliax is offering CNAM too.

Well it's good to know that the time-frame for your responses is about what I'm getting.

Interesting, I'm going to have to go back into my old eMails and see how long it took them to respond originally. I could have sworn the response for my questions in the past was very quick.

Either way, it doesn't matter. I'm getting pretty upset at the level of support that I'm receiving and will probably be taking my business elsehwere, as you suggested.

Only problem is that Telasip doesn't have as great of a "pay as you go" price... I pay about $.01 for calls to Canada (which I make quite often); not as cheap with Telasip.

Teliax for incoming: which plan do you use?

Their pay-as-you-go plan apparently charges $4.99 per month and 2 cents per minute for incoming.

I do use the pay as you go plan. It is kinda' expensive...but it works for me. 1 Second billing after the first minute, CNAM, excellent support make it worthwhile. Besides...I don't get many incoming calls...most of my calls are outgoing.
