That's why I was wondering if you'd tried it. Please do, so you can see if you're getting the same message: -ERR maildrop not available.
If you are getting that message when trying to telnet to the mail server, then yes--definitely post in SBC Direct.

No, I haven't tried it. At this moment I'm getting my emails just fine. But later on, I'll start getting the same message that I posted above even though I haven't messed with any settings on my computer. I just hope it gets fixed. I wonder if I need to post about this at the SBC Direct? |
