[SunRocket] Outgoing not working?

I'm able to get calls but if I do make a call all I got is dead air. I'm Central, NJ.

Sometimes calls are connected, sometimes they are not. When I called memberservies they told me

Your inbound number is provided by GLBX and they are currently having problems. Inbound calls still work and outgoing calls should work "within hours"

Working fine both ways in Maryland. Outgoing calls complete quickly.

I'm on my first day of $cumRocket and already there is an outage! I can get phone calls coming in, but can't make any going out! I had thought I had something hooked up wrong. Ugh!

My magic number is 3. If they have 3 outages like this in my first "test month" then it failes the wife acceptance factor, and I'm done. At which point I'll promptly LNP my number to ViaTalk.

Also, I've made 3 calls to $hitRocket and each one was hung up on. It sounds like their tech support calls are also on VoiP as they cut out like they're talking on cans and string. What a piss poor operation.

I tried once and did experience a 30 sec post dial delay. Next try went right through and my wife is still on line with the call....

With my outage there isn't any delay. Its straight to fast busy signal once I'm finished dialing.

I too have anomalies. Can't call the Jet Blue 800 number via SunRocket; it always rings busy. Incoming calls seem fine. Outgoing calls take 20 seconds or so before I hear any ringback, but then the called party answers and they sound fine.

Totally dead after dialing out. No probs at all for inbound calls tho. So much for my reliability streak.

COMPLETELY DEAD HERE. No light, no tone, nothing.

It’s same in Minneapolis, MN that outgoing call is dead air for 45 seconds and then it’s ring but inbound calls are fine.

I just got it connected about 20mins ago and I was going crazy trying to figure out whats wrong, now i know there's an outage.

Incoming working fine, Outgoing after dialing the number takes almost a minute of dead air and then it actually connectes to the dialed number.

Ha!!! Anyway, still not up and running here. It'll be close to 24 hours soon. No outbound calling.
