| reply to R0CKY Hey Tsi Rocky,
So DSL does not kill DC++?
It doesnt matter to me whether it is cable or DSL, I primarily use Internet for DC++ and some online gaming. Can someone recommend a good DSL ISP in the York U area? ( Finch/Sentinel, or Finch/Keele ).
I heard Sympatico is not fast here, but I cant verify it myself.
thanks! |

| Hi, I've recently got Rogers Extreme, but they are killing my DC++ downloads, which was the whole point of getting Extreme.
Question, - are there alternatives for North York ( York U ), Toronto area with other ISPs? I heard that even other ISPs serving Toronto still use Rogers lines, does that mean that they will also kill my DC++ downloads?
thanks,
Mago |
