I tried removing it using Add/Remove, tried removing using EZ Armor Uninstaller, tried removing it from System32, tried removing it in Safe Mode, tried removing it with System Restore OFF with no success. I get a "This program cannot be removed" message.

CA is giving me the runaround on this matter. They keep asking me for information I have already given them, never the solution to this buggy program.

seaman Premium join:2000-12-08 Seattle, WA	Re: eTrust EZ Armor You need to do a manual uninstallation. If you dont know what this means it is best to hire somebody to help you fix the problem. There is nothing wrong with the program. It is a great program. The problem is most likely with the state of your computer. Dont count on CA for help. That is one of their few glaring weaknesses-- no support. Good luck.
