[SunRocket] Better late than never?

I just turned on my Yahoo! messenger and got an IM from "sunrocket4" that I'd received an 11-second voice message.

Trouble is, it's dated Tuesday September 6 2005.

Thanks for my voicemail SunRocket - 3 months later.

The Yahoo IMs used to work OK with SR VM...not any more.

Why not switch to email notifications? Might be more reliable no?

Never tried Yahoo IM with SR...assume the same group of Yahoo IM users also use Prodigy or Compuserve to get online...but AIM, email, phone, and SMS work flawlessly. Probably the issue is you haven't been online when the SR Yahoo IM ID(s) are signed on...

normal behavior for Yahoo IM is to send you all the IMs that you missed right after you log on. SR always sends the IMs immediately whether or not you are logged on. It's normal for me to receive SR VM IMs from the past day or two if I haven't been logged on to Yahoo IM, but I never got one that was 3 months old before (from SR or anyone else).

I normally get IMs from SunRocket in MSN Messenger but those don't seem to be working today.
