| reply to Richiee To remove the ComputerAssociates key from the registry, right click on the key > click on Permissions > and if your User Name is not listed > click Add > Enter your User Name in the dialog box that opens > click OK > and in the Permissions window, tick the box that says Full Control next to your User Name. Try deleting the key again.
The ZLcommdb.xml in System32 is part of ZoneAlarm. A quick Google search did not help to much: »www.google.com/search?q=ZLcommdb.xml .
The only article I found was this »nh2.nohold.net/noHoldCust25/Prod···all.html which you may have already found on your own. |

@bcvloh.ameritech | reply to Dryden I am down to two items in my quest to remove EZ Armor: ZLcommdb.xml in System32 and ComputerAssociates in Registry. I get a "cannot be deleted" message when I try to remove them. Anyone know why this is so? |
