oh, i forgot my most recent SR tech support experience. SunRocket Tech support sent me an email with directions on how to do something (they were the wrong instructions for the problem I was having, but I expect that).

What I didn't expect was that the email from my SunRocket tech support agent ended with a whole religious message:
Should you encounter problems please do npot hesitate to email us at memberservices@sunrocket.com

WTF? Really, really inappropriate coming from a business. They don't have control of any part of what they're doing - except signing up new customers - they're very good at that.

I dunno, seems reasonable to me. Kinda indicates maybe prayer is a more likely way of solving your SR problems than opening tickets?
