Also how should I ask them to help (other than what I said in the OP)?said by Mordy :I've done this many times; for those who refuse to do use bcc after a polite request, I usually reply to all (yes all) mirroring the request; that way others on the list of recipients can chime in "Me Too". Usually after a while the clueless gets a clue.
How much time should I allow before I "reply to all?"
