How is he a dumbass? Quite frankly I think your post is dumb.

A car pulls in front of a bike and the bike is a dumbass, unbelievable.
That's what you get for speeding.
What sucks is that the video starts off by showing the first driver slowing down to turn, it really gives us no idea on how fast people should be going. The other cars following are only driving slow because of the accident. I really don't know if you can judge that he was truly speeding just from this video but it does seem like he was going too fast.
