Problems with Tech Support at Mesanetworks

This doesn't have anything to do with connectivity issues, which are usually way above average. It's a tech support issue. I have an email account with several addresses at mesanetworks, and they use some kind of spam filter at their data center that grinds my emails to a halt every couple months or so. My email slows to a trickle, and in the process I usually miss dozens of important emails from customers, clients, family, and friends. These are all confirmed missing emails, as I will get phonecalls from irritated people demanding to know why I haven't answered their emails. I can't use their webmail, because it doesn't even make it that far. This time I have recruited several friends around the world test my email by sending me a certain # per day. Most never arrive. This time around I have spent literally 3 WEEKS writing Mesanetworks every single day about my email problem, and they still have done absolutely nothing about it except an occasional email saying something like "we have a ticket into the data center, we'll update you when we hear from them". How is it an email problem can take nearly a month to fix? They know it's their spam filter. I'm not a tech, but I can't understand why they can't they do something in a day or two, max. Fed up, I finally signed up for an email account elsewhere and access my mail via the web. Unfortunately, most of my business-related stuff has my mesanetworks address printed on it. The tech support is way below sub-par at Mesanetworks, in my opinion.
