Ok you have two issues here:
Outlook express is still looking for the AT&T account server to log into. Quick fix: Open Outlook Express, select TOOLS then ACCOUNTS then have her select the one that says AT&T or Worldnet. Select: PROPERTIES and on the front page at the bottom she needs to un-check the box that says:Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing and that should stop the password message in that regard.
Second issue: She needs to repeat the TOOLS, Accounts, and then highlight the Verizon e-mail account and there is a tab which says: Use as default. She should select that.
Assuming that the CD set everything up correctly, this should fix her issue and will allow her to keep the old e-mails she desires to keep. |

| i'm going to give that a try. i know that she did set Verizon as the default. HOwever, i know that she didn't select properties on the at&t. I hope this works -- How many lawyers does it take to change a lightbulb? Three. One to climb the ladder, one to shake the ladder, and one to sue the ladder company. |
