No it's San Jose, CA: Where's our city-wide Wi-F?

Hmm... Good old San Jose, CA, the heart of the silicon valley as we are all meant to believe and still no city-wide Wi-Fi or business/residential fois of any kind in sight for us for many many years to come I bet!
