Would you be happy paying an extra $10/month for the same access you are supposed to have today? And if you don't, you can't access certain subnets, or use certain protocols.
I have to pay $65.00 extra per month to get uncapped internet. I am not HAPPY about it but since there is no competition I deal with it.
