In some areas the throttling boxes are configured way too agressively, where torrents don't function at all. My friends area is exactly like that, not even the trick ports work. However, his Limewire works at full speeds.

join:2005-12-19		 I got no router nor firewall. I hope that they will allow torrents again. I rather get full speed torrents and a monthly limit of 60gigs.
