As an update to this, I've now been sent a newer Mac driver by Tech Support. This works on my copy of OS X 10.4.3. However it only supports WEP encryption so I'm not using it. I've been told that WPA/WPA2 support should be available in January.

In the interim, if anyone wants a copy of the newer (WEP only) Mac driver, drop me a PM.
