There are going to be some up front questions we will need to ask to figure out what is going on there like; What kind of modem do you have? What DSL service do you have and do you get the right speed from it? Do you know what your line stats are (this will be the big one). Are you sharing the line with other people and are they active when the disconnects occur? Is the router near a monitor or a halogen light? Do you have filters on all your other phone devices?
Disconnect problems can be hard to find but maybe we can figure it out. |
