Gosok.... Wow... that's a first for me! It's one definitely for the books. I've been in the business for quite some time and I've not heard too many stories like this one!! hehehe.... (don't mean to laugh but I'm sure this will be one to tell your grand-kids!)
On a more serious note, you might want to call and ask for the Manager of a manager in 611 to ensure that the other person using your line doesn't do anything crazy with it (if they know of the switch). Might also be worth the call to place a complaint... Call it protection before the booboo is fixed, in case something comes of it. These types of complaints are needed to make liable the guys who don't pay attention when they do these setups. In a Unionized world, only complaints help clean up those who don't care.
