Re: Major Bell Screw Up

Well yeah, I am not upset that my Sympatico activation date got pushed back (I still have Rogers active). However, my problem is, they messed up my phone line TWICE, and Sympatico would not do anything about it. They kept saying they have no control. Maybe that's true, but from a consumer's point of view, Sympatico is Bell, they should be responsible. Why do I have to make calls to correct problems that they have caused?

Today I already talked to the Manager of the Supervisor at Sympatico, and also the Supervisor on duty at 611. They assured me that they have made record of this problem, and I would not be responsible to any phone charges.

And yes, I do plan on wrting a letter to the Business Office after this problem has been resolved and let them know of the problem.

Obviously this all come down to the tech that did the job. (I happen to know his name is Ed, cuz he gave me a call when he finished the job.) This person probably works under Bell side, but he was dispathced by Sympatico. Such complication.
