The thing about AT&T is its not old AT&T but at&t, it is basically SBC with a new name. Baby bought Ma bell so it is baby controlling Mama |

The new at&t is touted a a communication and entertainment company. It knows it needs content, which it currently
lacks. If it can gobble up Dish Network for cheap, it will to gain more control over content distribution.
It is deja vu all over again, circa 1998, this time with content, not last mile access. |
