Does this rate increase affect those customers with commitments??? It seems they would have to hold their pricing for those customers or else they have a free ticket out. |

Dayton, OH | No, your rate won't increase until your contract or term expires. I think if you read your agreement carefully though, it might in fact give Dish the right to increase your rate mid-term. They don't normally though. |

Unless something has changed recently, subscribing by the year locks in that given rate for that year. That was the avantage of subscribing by the year in addition to getting the 1 month free.
