Does this rate increase affect those customers with commitments??? It seems they would have to hold their pricing for those customers or else they have a free ticket out. |

| reply to logixrat Unless something has changed recently, subscribing by the year locks in that given rate for that year. That was the avantage of subscribing by the year in addition to getting the 1 month free. -- "What gives them the right to come in and do this?" she said. - Lady complaining that she was getting FIOS in her backyard. |
