They fixed my phone line on Dec 30 at 11:00AM, Sympatico works too. But the complaint letter is still going in!

1 edit | I don't have a lot of sympathy for you. Considering it was the Christmas week and most business are closed or operate on skeleton staff , realistically speaking your problem was dealt with fairly quickly.
Where would you be if you had the same foul up with the provider you just left ? My money says you would still be out of service.
The switched line story won't work. Those bill collectors have heard them all. And they read the forums too. Just pay up !:D

I had the same problem, no sync, then switched phone lines, and then disconnected lines, and took them 3 weeks to fix the problem
