I guess that is because they are doing FTTH/P in some areas now so it's not just DSL anymore? you are correct. the new Fiber services like IPTV, etc are using High Speed Internet as the name, and instead of marketing both DSL and HSIA (which you might here as well High Speed Internet Access), they just renamed them all to High Speed Internet to make it easier.
