 [Extreme] Throttling and Cap

So what is the deal with the cap now and how big is it currently? Basically this is the last straw with rogers. First it was the cap, then they made it bigger, then they began to throttle bittorrent. Well i am now on the 1720 band wagona nd all is fine for me. I hope they dont start to throttle this port or i am gone and doen with rogers and so should alot of you. If they begin to throttle 1720 then there is nothign left i can do and i am through with rogers. Is it possible that they cant throttle thisport because VOIP. I called bell today and talked ot the techincal supoort and they assure me there is no throttling or caps. If rogers begins to throttle 1720 then i have no more options that is the last line. What is the situation with you guys and rogers.
