My guess is that they will wire up Coumbia, parts of Ellicott City and the Centenial area first (where the money is at.) The rest of the county will just have to wait. I saw this on the news last night and they were more interested in banning smoking is bars than this. Verizon even had a bunch of their employees pack the meeting with FIOS buttons on.
