You're not doing anything wrong that test fails like that quite often. I would recommended running a ping taste from another source like the command prompt. If you're having trouble with your connection, hop on over to the SBC direct forum at »/forum/direct but please read the rules before posting there.

| OK I am really getting tired of speed issues I was able to complete a ping line quality test from this site.
