Not 100% clear on that issue, druber. Vonage itself claimed 27% compliance and that it would take to the end of the year to get it all done. Ptrowski linked to a letter in which Vonage claims that they have 100% compliance, although it seems to me that that letter left a lot of wiggle room and "if it does not, then's." I guess it depends on what IS is. 
If they have not achieved full compliance yet they are selling service illegally in markets where they have not achieved compliance yet. Haven't heard from the FCC as of yet on that issue, so maybe they received some sort of excemption? |
