:As the cost of providing bandwidth continues to fall some of these providers inversely increase their greed.
Come on! If they merely held prices their profits would rise nicely. Instead they want their customers to seek alternative providers. What business sense does this make?
Just as quickly as bandwidth prices fall... average bandwidth per subscribe overtakes it. Any profit gained from the lowering of CAPEX is likely negated by the increased use of "casual" P2P. Thats not even counting the so called "hogs" that use multi hundreds of Gigabytes per month.
