what's worse is rogers has a 100gb cap. i don't know why they borthered setting it up. they don't enforce it (thankfully) but if they ever intended to they wouldn't have put packet shaping hardware in. you get 100gb, you should be able to use it any way you want, at whatever speed level you pay for.
rogers is like any large corporation though. it takes them a long time to get on the bandwagon and it takes them an even longer time to realize when to get off. |
