Amazing.. You pay 500 for a piece of crippled hardware.

Typical Verizon. If they can't charge you for it, they won't let you use it.

I am sure there will be hacks you to add in functionaility just liek the E815 and the V710

I hacked my e815 the night I got it. No more issues, no more rip off.

Yeah, I know how it feels. Unfortunately Verizon sucked me into a good deal back in April of last year or so and well...now regret the 2 year commit since even though their service is great, crippling things worse then when I had Sprint.

If verizon's act isnt any better in a year or so and contract time expires, I'll probably consider switching back to Sprint since I at least have the freedom to put what I want on my phone and vice-versa.
